How do I purchase from your site?

Just drop me a line and we'll arrange to have your needs covered.
Some items - for example Nik Huber's guitars - may not be available in your country, especially if there is already a distributor / shop there.
Some items reside here in Switzerland (i.e. second hand guitars), other goods are stored in Italy so they may be shipped to other EU countries without the need of having to pay additional import duties. Other stuff is shipped directly from the US where I have another "warehouse" so to speak.

You are free to choose your preferred means of shipping, insurance, etc. All goods are professionally and securely packed.

Will you accept trade-ins?

It depends, really.
I'd rather try to work out a price that works for both of us than having to ship in yet another hotrodded Yamaha Pacifica in pearl green quilted maple top...
On the other hand I can be interested in big ticket items if it works in the economy of the deal - say, if you order a Nik Huber Orca or something along those lines.

What kind of guarantee do I get on my purchased items?

Some items are sold "As Is". This applies of course to most of the second hand guitars and such.
OIther items may not be covered by US warranties here in EU - so we would have to find a suitable arrangement to have the instrument checked, repaired, etc.

All of Nik Huber's guitars are fully guaranteed against any defects in the wood, finish, etc - so are Harry's pickups.
